How will I assist you When you are buying a home?

If you’re buying a home and you’re going to need a buyer’s agent. I will work day and night  for you, if you  show a sincere desire to own a home , and ready to allow me to work for you and to help you  find the right home for you.

I will help to provide you with the vast knowledge that I have as a professional realtor and show you the current real estate market  for your area,which will include neighborhood amenities and condition, the law, price trends, negotiations,financing and insurance.

Once you meet with me I will generally help you to determine what your needs and wants are when it comes to finding you a home and neighborhood,

I will aid in assisting you to seeking a lender to provide mortgage loan .In addition, I will help you to find a suitable level of financing , during the shopping for a home. If you already secure financing  with a lender, I  will start you going for tours of homes that you might be interested in and what you can afford ,and give you insight on the current conditions of the market, and explain to you what you should expect while shopping for a home.

If bargain need to be made for a over price listing, you will not have to negotiate a thing. I will be your buyer’s agent and I will communicate with you and do the negotiation on your behalf with the seller’s agent.

After you select a home and signed a contract, I will also be responsible for ensuring that inspection of the home are complete, any repairs needed, and also ensuring that coordination and completion is done through inspection, attorneys, lenders, and all other professionals who are involved with the purchase of the home.
